- studying Mindfulness on a regular basis with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh since 1998 at Plum Village, France and recently at the European Institute of Applied Buddhism, Germany
- a Certified Yoga Teacher since 1999 and has had the opportunity to study with many Master yoga teachers including Sri K. Pattabi Jois, Norman Allen and Nancy Gilgoff
- teaching mixed-level Flow Style yoga classes to the Canmore community, athletes and children for over a decade
- traveling to World Cups and Olympics working on a part-time basis with Canada's National Winter Teams (Alpine, Freestyle & Biathlon) since 1999
- leading Yoga and Mindfulness retreats since 2003
- a Certified Life Coach with The Coaches Training Institute since 2004
- coaching individuals from around the World via the phone, Skype or in person on how to find more balance and happiness in their lives
- leading weekly Mindfulness Meditation Classes in Canmore and will be starting them in Calgary
- a Stress Management Coach and Licensed HeartMath® provider working with executives, athletes and individuals who want to improve their health, performance and happiness
- interested in the area of personal growth and self-discovery for as long as she can remember
- loving traveling, skiing, mountain biking, surfing, practicing yoga and meditating for many years and is planning on keeping all of these up for MANY years to come!
